Our History and Philosophy
The Lightnin name dates back to 1975, when the Lewis family established Lightnin Truck Rentals. The family sold that business — which rented moving trucks, trailers, and other equipment — in 1998, and Lightnin RV took its place five years later, once second-generation owner Steve Lewis had figured out how to reinvent himself and the company.
Since then, our insistence on topping all competitors in Georgia and beyond has allowed Lightnin RV Rentals to set a high bar for the local rental industry.
Our Services and Products
We offer some of the finest RVs on the market. We own our entire rental fleet and constantly refresh our inventory with new models. Unlike competitors, we have multiples of all makes and models to ensure that renters interested in specific features will have a better chance of getting what they want. Our Industry Associations and Involvement
Lightnin RV is a member of the National RV Dealers Association (RVDA), the Recreational Vehicle Rental Association (RVRA), and the USA 5 Star Certified Network. We also have participated in the TV show Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, donating motorhomes for the talent to use during the project.
