3 Things To Do in Atlanta, GA

Often when our customers pick up their RV rentals, they ask about things to do or places to go in the area. We often have a hard time answering not because Atlanta is a boring city, but because there’s almost TOO much to recommend. However, our staff at Lightnin RV Rentals has picked three of our favorite area attractions for you and your family to explore next time you’re in Atlanta, GA.

1. Georgia Aquarium

One of the top attractions in Atlanta is the Georgia Aquarium. Not only a leader in the world in aquatic animal conservation and research, the aquarium is also a fun place for people of all ages to visit. From dolphins and sea lions to whales and otters, you can get up close to all types of creatures.

2. World of Coca-Cola

Whether you’re a fan of soda or not, the World of Coca-Cola is always a fun and interesting experience that’s totally unique to Atlanta. You can learn all about how Coca-Cola got started, see unique memorabilia, and (our favorite) taste over 100 different types of Coca-Cola soda from around the world—many of which you’ve likely never seen or tasted before.

3. College Football Hall of Fame

Sports fans won’t want to miss a visit to the College Football Hall of Fame. You can get the full fan experience in the replica playing field, test your abilities in the skill zone, or just check out memorabilia from your favorite college team. Be sure also to check out their special events in case you’re in town for game day or fun seasonal activities.

Need more ideas? Just ask our staff. No matter where you visit in Georgia, you can always rely on Lightnin RV Rentals to take care of your accommodations. From Class A motorhomes to pop-up campers, we have an RV to fit your needs and your budget. Check out our rates and policies online, and then contact us at (770) 963-9889 when you’re ready to reserve your motorhome rental.
