The Lightnin RV Process

When you rent an RV from us, we will make the pickup-and-return process smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. Most renters start their journeys at our Lawrenceville, GA, location, but we also offer delivery within 50 miles for an additional fee. We deliver and handle light set up for long-term rentals used as emergency housing on your property, but water and electric connections should be handled by the utilities.

Pickups and Returns

When customers arrive to pick up an RV, they watch a short instructional video, finish the paperwork, and receive a hands-on demonstration on using the features in the unit they rented. New customers should expect to spend about 45 minutes on this orientation process and checkout, but frequent renters can usually get through the process in about 10 minutes. Secure on-site parking is available for your personal vehicle during the rental period.

When units are returned, we conduct a walk-around inspection, discuss any accidents, tickets, or malfunctioning equipment, and then get you on your way. (You should expect a final bill within 24 to 48 hours.) And before the unit is rented again, it gets thoroughly cleaned inside and out. We also conduct a complete pre-trip inspection — checking air pressure, oil, generators, etc. — to make sure all components are properly functioning.
